How I got started playing netball:
A few of my friends roped me in to play for the sixth form team.
Ambition as Netball player: To enjoy and compete at my best.
First represented England: Wembley, 1996 against Jamaica

Major national achievements:
- Winning many titles - Essex Met County, Tornadoes and Northern Thunder
- Super Cup teams. Reaching the Superleague final with Mavericks 2006/7.
Major international achievements:
- Commonwealth Games Bronze Medallist 1998 in Kuala Lumpar
- World Championship bronze medallist 1999, New Zealand
- Part of World 7 team v New Zealand
- England Captain
Biggest disappointment: Losing out on a medal
